Title IX

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 protects individuals from discrimination based on sex in any educational program or activity operated by recipients of federal financial assistance. The University of Dallas does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the employment, education programs, or activities it operates.  We are committed to providing an environment free from discrimination, including harassment, based on sex.

The University of Dallas will not tolerate retaliation against any student or employee who submits a Title IX report, participates in an investigation related to a Title IX report, or participates in a student conduct process related to a Title IX report.  Examples of retaliation include, but are not limited to, intimidation, threats, stalking, coercion, or discrimination because of an individual’s complaint, or their participation in an investigation and/or student discipline process.  Any allegations of retaliation should be reported to the Title IX Coordinator and may be subject to investigation.
