MBA Application Process

Ready to apply?

  1. Complete your online application.

  2. Pay the $50 application fee (non-refundable)

  3. Provide the appropriate application documents:

    • Upload your current resume or C.V. to the online graduate application

    • Upload your unofficial transcripts for all U.S. colleges/universities attended
      • If granted admission, official transcripts will be required before you can register for classes. If you are sending your official transcripts electronically, please send them to admiss@udallas.edu. If you are sending a physical copy of your official transcripts, please send them to the address listed below. 
      • See notes below for applicants with international transcripts.

    • Provide contact information for one professional or academic reference 
      • No need to send us a formal Letter of Recommendation, we will contact your professional or academic reference directly on your behalf.

    • Personal Statement - please provide a written personal statement (500 - 1,000 words) in answer to the following question (for Fall 2024 applicants and forward):
      • What does virtuous leadership mean to you? How has this concept impacted your life experiences and shaped your worldview? Provide specific examples of virtuous leadership behaviors you have encountered and what you learned from those experiences. Lastly, how does UD's focus on virtuous leadership influence your desire to pursue a graduate business education at UD? 

    • Optional Official GMAT or GRE score report 
      • Request that your official test score reports be sent directly from the testing agency (School Code 6868)

Applicants with International Transcripts

  1. Request an approved course-by-course international transcript evaluation from one of our Preferred Transcript Evaluation Vendors to be sent directly from the evaluation company. Specific instructions regarding the International Transcript Evaluation process can be found here

International Visa Holder Applicants without a conferred U.S. degree

  1. International visa holder applicants must demonstrate a sufficient level of skill with the English language. You are required to request that official test score reports be sent directly from the testing agency to the University of Dallas. 

Official test scores (school code 6868) and US official transcripts can be sent to:

What happens next?

Once we receive all of your application documents, our Admissions Office will begin the admissions evaluation process.
